Ann Pepperman, a graduate of Gettysburg College, with honors and Georgetown University Law Center, joined the firm after serving a clerkship for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

A partner in the firm, Ann concentrates in the areas of banking, business law, commercial transactions, real estate, land development and employment law. She also maintains a general practice in a number of other areas, including bankruptcy, collections, wills and estates. Ann is an agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

In addition, Ann serves as a member of several corporate boards and agencies including Susquehanna Health System, Susquehanna Physicians Services, Lycoming College, Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation, Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce, and the Lycoming County Planning Commission.
