Cynthia Ranck Person is a native of Milton, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where she was Articles Editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law and a member of the National Trial Moot Court Team. She also attended Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Cindy was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1984 and is also licensed to practice law in Maryland. Cindy served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lycoming County. Cindy is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lycoming County Bar Associations.  She has served on the Board of Directors of the Lycoming United Way, North Central Sight Services, Lycoming County SPCA, the Williamsport-Lycoming Arts Council and has served as a volunteer for the Lycoming County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Cynthia is also on staff at Pine Street United Methodist Church.
