Ryan Tira is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University.  While at Temple University, Ryan was a member of the Temple University Political and Civil Rights Law Journal.  He also participated in the Justinian Society, Intramurals and the Elder Law Project.  Through the Elder Law Project, Ryan had the opportunity to provide free legal services to elderly citizens of Philadelphia.

As Managing Partner of the firm, Ryan maintains an active and diversified litigation practice encompassing all areas of civil law.  He is a member of the American Inn of Court, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Lycoming Law Association.  He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Pennsylvania and has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Ryan is the coordinator of his church’s John Bower Basketball League teams and the head coach for the South Williamsport 8th grade basketball team.
