Thomas Marshall is an honors graduate of Temple University and Widener University School of Law. While attending Widener University School of Law, he served as an editor of the Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court interscholastic competition team.

Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Tom practiced with a litigation firm in Philadelphia.  He serves as general counsel to Little League Baseball, Incorporated as well as numerous local and regional businesses. Tom’s practice includes handling matters involving labor and employment law, municipal and school law and commercial litigation.

He is admitted to practice in both state and federal court and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lycoming Law Association.
