Willis, Heather R.
Heather R. Willis graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English (concentration on creative writing) and a double major in History. After graduating, Heather moved to Williamsburg, Virginia to attend the William and Mary School of Law, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the William and Mary Journal of Women and the Law. She was published by the Journal in 2009.
She is licensed in Pennsylvania State Courts, Virginia State Courts, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Heather joined the firm after practicing for a year at a large law firm in Roanoke, Virginia. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lycoming County Bar Association, as well as the Virginia Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division.
